At Magnolia H2O Home Services, we strive to provide high quality services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with our work, please let us know within 7 days of service completion, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Service Satisfaction

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us. We will access the situation and may offer a re-service or partial refund based on the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancelation fee of $50.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. we will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

Non-Refundable Services
Please note that any deposits for scheduled services are non-refundable unless canceled within the specified time frame
